Bento Meal/ Shopping Chart

I recently discovered Bento, thanks to an awesome diva. And, as with everything interesting, I am diving in head first. I have bought the necessary Bento box and other such supplies, but to approximate those, you can purchase tupperware dishes and the like from the dollar store. The really important part of contemporary Bento, as I have been reading, is that your meals have variety, fresh food and are arranged attractively.

Here, I've put together a chart of meals that seem to fit together really well, for those of us who must plan ahead. This symbol: <--- means that part of the meal takes up two categories. Sometimes I wasn't able to figure out an item that might fit in a certain category with the other foods really well, so I've left those spots blank. If you know of a food that would fit perfectly, email me and I'll add it.

The bottom chart is just a list of food ideas in the different categories that you can pick and choose from.
